Bizexpo cc is not regulated by the Financial Services Authority or any other regulatory body and you are strictly prohibited from offering any form of share trading, bonds, securities, collective investment schemes or anything similar via this website. 7.2 You are permitted to advertise a portion of your business for sale or if you are part owner of a business you are permitted to advertise your share of the business if you wish to sell it.  

 

7.3 Bizexpo cc offers this website to give you an opportunity to advertise the sale of your business, business opportunity or franchise. Bizexpo cc does not offer any service to carry out any investigations or due diligence into the business for sale or the buyers/sellers who use this website. The website www.biz-expo.com is merely an advertising medium that sells advertising space, therefore we do not fulfil the duties or obligations of a Business Broker. It is strongly recommended that you endeavour to validate offers personally or make use of professional advisers/agents.

 

7.4 If a third party acts unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory through the use of this website or contacts you for any other purpose than to negotiate the purchase of the item you have advertised (such as sale of its services)

 

7.5 As Buyer or Seller you are solely responsible for the validity and accuracy of the content of the advertisement you place on the website and hereby agree to indemnify Bizexpo cc from any direct or indirect claims, costs, losses, expenses or damages that might occur as a result of the use of this website.

 

7.6 Bizexpo cc reserves the right to reject and refuse to upload any business listing if we have a reasonable concern and consider such listing to be improper or fraudulent.

 

7.7 Bizexpo cc reserves the right to edit any business listing if it is believed that such editing will improve the quality of the website without compromising key information captured by you.

 

1.     8.Payments

 

All payments have to be done by EFT or direct bank deposit unless otherwise agreed in advance. Fees will be charged in South African Rand depending on the service and your country of residence. You may also be required to pay applicable local taxes. 

 

1.     9. Refunds

 

Any reserved advertisement can be de-activated prior to the subscription period.  Such a request should be emailed to hennie@bizexpo.co.za. Since advertisements require a once off payment, no refunds are available, whether in full or in pro-rata.

 

1.     10.Cookies

 

A cookie is a small text file written to your hard drive that contains information about you. Cookies do not contain any personal information about users. Once you close your browser or log out of the website, the cookie simply terminates. This agreement makes up the entire agreement between Bizexpo cc and its Users. No terms and conditions that are expressly stated in this agreement may be implied by the other party.

 

Should any of the paragraphs in this agreement be found to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, such clause will be deemed separate from the remaining clauses and agreement with the user and the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
