How you can buy the business
In Mozambique all business land is on a DUAT license.
The buildings belong to you but the land is all on a 50 year business trade license.
We have our DUAT and it is in place for 50 years currenly 48 years left.
After 50 years it does not fall away but after tax settlement it is renewed.
There are 8 units (Two 2 sleepers, Five 4 sleepers and One 8 sleeper). Let buyer/s buy shares into Boa Vista. As they settled 1/8 of the purchase price, they receive the full income on a unit minus upkeep costs obviously.
Once they settled 2/8 of the purchase price, they receive full income on a 2nd unit minus upkeep costs. This way they generate income as they settle.
All bookings get spread equally and there is 100% transparency to bookings, income & expenses. After 4/8 of the purchase price is settled, they take part in management/control.
After they settled 8/8 of the Purchase Price they take over full control..
